If you haven't heard of it, Outskirts Press is a self publishing company. You pay them to publish your book in hard copy. Are they competition? Eh... kinda I guess. But, if you are wanting an actual hard copy of your book - you are not going to get that with ebooKarma (yet)... so go for it...
IF YOU HAVE THE MONEY!
I received an email from them today that is about them giving $500 off. Sure, that sounds like a large discount! However, if they can afford to give you $500 off, how much are they making off of your book?! And, how much do you really need to pay them just to have your book published?! (I will tell you - A LOT!)
Anyway, my point is not to bash Outskirts Press. It is to point out that it is now, and always will be free to publish on ebooKarma.
It costs you NOTHING to publish your ebook with us.
I can't say that for the other guys.
